Vehicle Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Booking Regulations

    To ensure smooth and accurate service, customers are kindly requested to provide complete information, including full name, contact number, and detailed itinerary (departure time, pickup and drop-off points, number of passengers).

    Upon confirmation, customers are required to make a deposit of 30%–50% of the total contract value (depending on vehicle type and rental period). The remaining balance shall be paid directly to the driver at the start of the trip.

    Rental prices include vehicle usage fee, driver’s salary, compulsory civil insurance, and fuel (if agreed upon in advance).

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

    • Cancellation within 3–6 days before departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

    • Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: Unfortunately, the deposit cannot be refunded.

      In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, traffic accidents, roadblocks, etc.), we will consider flexible solutions, including deposit refunds or rescheduling, depending on the actual situation.

    Itinerary Changes

    If you need to modify your departure time or pickup point, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for timely arrangements.

    Any additional costs (if applicable) will be clearly communicated and applied only upon mutual agreement between both parties.
